As a result of the storm’s extensive damage, we have been without power since Wednesday. This has temporarily halted our production and operations. The extreme weather caused significant damage to infrastructure across the region, and like many businesses and households, we are currently waiting for Ausgrid to repair the storm damage and restore power to our premises.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause to our valued customers. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to manage this situation and minimize the impact on your orders and inquiries. Our team remains committed to providing the high-quality products and customer service you expect from us, and we are eager to resume operations as soon as possible.

The statement that "Standard (non-modified and not adaptive) recreational equipment and tools, including toys, balls, and racquets, are not NDIS supports" does not apply to our toys. All our toys are non-standard and modified to meet specific therapeutic and sensory needs, making them eligible for NDIS support.
Our toys undergo a meticulous modification process that significantly distinguishes them from standard recreational toys. Upon receiving a toy, we open it and remove a portion of the stuffing to accommodate a custom-made weight insert. This weight is enclosed in a Lycra lining bag, specifically sewn to ensure safety, durability, and comfort. The weighted insert is then securely placed inside the toy, and the toy is resewn, with a secondary inspection conducted by another team member to guarantee quality and integrity.
This extensive manual modification transforms our toys into adaptive tools designed to provide sensory regulation, tactile stimulation, and grounding for individuals with disabilities. The weight within these toys serves a therapeutic purpose, promoting calmness, focus, and comfort for users, particularly those with sensory processing disorders, autism, ADHD, or anxiety. These attributes are beyond the scope of standard, off-the-shelf recreational equipment, highlighting their specialized nature.
Moreover, the modification process we employ aligns with the NDIS objective of enabling participants to achieve their goals and engage meaningfully in daily activities. Weighted toys are an essential support for many individuals, aiding in self-regulation and enhancing emotional and physical well-being.
As such, our weighted toys are not standard recreational items but carefully crafted, modified tools designed to meet the unique needs of NDIS participants. They provide functional and therapeutic benefits that standard toys cannot, reinforcing their classification as NDIS-eligible supports.
