Thank you for supporting Nana's. We are incredibly grateful for the continuing demand for our handcrafted products. Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, Nana's is currently operating at full capacity.

Unlike mass-produced items, every order is carefully handmade with the attention to detail, care, and quality that our customers have come to expect. Because each piece is individually crafted, production takes time, and our current workload means that orders are taking approximately 8 weeks (2 months) to process before dispatch.

We understand that this is longer than many customers may expect, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through our order queue. Our commitment has always been to create beautiful, high-quality products, and we will never compromise on craftsmanship to increase production speed.

As we move closer to the Christmas season, demand is expected to increase significantly. This means that processing times are likely to extend beyond the current 8-week estimate. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage customers to place Christmas orders as early as possible.

Our small team is working hard to fulfil every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that makes Nana's special.
