Our products are all made to order, we commonly get asked to alter the weight installed in both toys and blankets. This means the typical turn around time is between 10-15 business days.

Due to a high volume of orders we are currently processing orders in a 15-20 day turn around.

However, please be aware that slight variations in colour may occur between the fabric you see on our website and the actual product you receive. This is due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and fabric batches. While we do our best to represent colours accurately, some minor discrepancies are unavoidable.

For each order, the Team at Nana’s carefully selects a complementary backing material to suit the fabric you've chosen. This ensures that your blanket is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. For Double blankets and larger custom Panel designs, we may need to incorporate additional backing material to achieve the correct width and length for your selected size. Rest assured, we will always use a high-quality fabric that complements the overall design and ensures the durability of your blanket.

For Queen and King-sized blankets, please note that these are constructed in two parts and joined using 'Hook and Loop' strips at regular intervals. This design decision is made because larger, heavier blankets can become too cumbersome for domestic washing machines and may not be suitable for machine washing. By creating them in two separate, manageable pieces, we aim to make your blanket easier to care for while maintaining its functionality and comfort.

Our Queen bed and King bed size blankets are joined down the middle with Velcro, this is so that you can seperate the two halfs for cleaning, as most machines cannot handle more the 5kg at a time.

Instead, we recommend air drying the blanket by hanging the blanket outside on a clothesline or a well ventalated area.
